How is this different from other real estate memberships?

Most real estate memberships give you access to a community, a course, or a speaker lineup. TheUnlisted gives you something different, a direct line to an experienced operator who is actively in the market, filtering opportunities, and distilling what he's seeing so you don't have to do the legwork yourself. You're not learning about real estate. You're getting operator-level context applied to real decisions.

Do I need real estate experience to join?

No. What you need is capital, a serious mindset, and the desire to make informed decisions. The whole point of TheUnlisted is that you get the benefit of 25 years of operating experience without having to become an operator yourself. Most members come from business backgrounds; they've built wealth elsewhere and want to put it to work in real estate without starting from zero.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds after a billing cycle has processed. That said, if you request access and we have a conversation before you join, you'll have a clear picture of what membership includes before you commit. We'd rather you make the right decision upfront than feel like you need a refund later.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel through your account settings, and your access continues until the end of the billing period. We keep membership month to month intentionally; if TheUnlisted isn't delivering value, you shouldn't be paying for it.

What happens after I request access?

You'll hear from Matt directly usually within 24 to 48 hours. There's a brief conversation to make sure TheUnlisted is the right fit before you're brought in. This isn't a long process, but it is intentional. The membership works because the people in it are serious. We want to make sure that's you before we open the door.
